-3/16" thick all-weather corrugated plastic
-Available in White and Yellow-Please specify
-Waterproof, lightweight yet sturdy
-Screen printed one or two sides in high gloss UV ink-Spot colors only
-No Bleed-off borders allowed
-Minimum 1" margin from artwork to edge of material is required
-Halftones are not recommended due to the uneven surface of corrugated
material
-Frames are available and are sold separately-Please see chart below
Custom Shapes & Sizes
-Maximum dimensions are 17" x 23"
-Allow Minimum 1" margin from artwork to edge of material shape
-No bleed-off borders allowed
-Half-tones are not recommended
-Provide a black outline at actual size of custom shape saved as a PDF file
-Custom signs require custom quote. Submit quote request
Art Preparation
-No charge for digital files
-For non-digital files, add $45.00(C)
-Refer to Artwork Guidelines for acceptable digital files and proper submission
of artwork information
Standard Color
-No charge for any standard color as indicated on Color Chart
-Please provide standard color name/number
Custom Color
-For custom color match, add $30.00(E) per custom color
-Please provide Pantone Matching System(PMS) number
-Custom color match is not guaranteed to be exact.
Copy/Color Changes
-Copy and/or color changes are available at the combined quantity price
-For each copy and/or color change, add $25.00(G) per each color affected
-Item number must remain the same on the entire order
-Each copy and/or color change must be in mimimum quantity of 25
-Please inquire for mimimum quantity allowed for copy and/or color changes
on custom shape/size signs
Production Time
-7-10 business days from receipt of signed purchase order and approved
artwork
